Django's Staggered Two Year Terms

There's probably one or two million Django developers at any time in the world, right? And so who are we doing this for and who's participating in it? It's an interesting question. So what is a Django developer? And this is a big deal. I sort of spoke about this in my talk in Porto that you're going to link in. Now I can email the members of the Django Software Foundation and say anyone can help me. But most of the people on our list aren't perhaps active anymore.
