The CMA Blocks Microsoft's Steal
The CMA, the competition markets authority in the UK, they blocked it still back in April. So that's kind of been the main sticking point since then. And now we're at the point where the FTC has had its processes and they've obviously failed to delay the steal. The deal was supposed to close on July 28th but is not going to do so today.
