The Importance of Mindfulness in ADHD
I personally use my dishes time as an opportunity for mindfulness. You know, it's so easy to see sort of a sink full of dishes and go, I'm doing dishes again. And then just to sort of turn it into a different experience, you know, it really helps me to consolidate some of my time. Sarah: We did forget to mention the lack of conflict of interest or financial issues with this study. So in terms of this, I think they just wanted to find out about meditation based mind, body interventions. That was super cool.
