Is There a Pressure to Increase Staking Yields?
I think that OFAC and whatnot, they realize that it's going down that path would just cause it to become more decentralized. And I think that the bigger issue is going to be the pressure to increase staking yields. The problem is that there's no way to measure that and it can be manipulated. So you could see stakers decide to carry out false flag attacks and claim that they got double spent or that somebody else got double spent. But because Bitcoin is not subjected to those pressures, that won't happen.
