Transmorality, Dr. Kreibel?
Kreibel: I'm trying to argue that charisma and sexuality are often connected. And that these charismatic gurus and spiritual teachers, in fact, had incredible spiritual power. They could send someone into a mystical state just by looking at them or touching them. But they also were transgressive, sexually. The moralists get it wrong as well because they assume that the guru or teacher is entirely pure.
