The Atari VCS and the Astrocade had really good tools and a support network. The Valley system, you know, these were enthusiasts who were just sort of talking to each other through enthusiast press. They were having meetups. They were sharing secrets. A lot of these people are still active to some extent or another with this machine and this community decades later.
