In most cases, it's basically done a good, well transferable value. So they could sell the client base, but again, that is still quite a small amount compared to what they actually need financially. It's about looking at the business and how best they can use the business as a vehicle to help fund and drive their financial plans in terms of retirement. I think with them, it's either liquidating if they can't find a particular buyer or failure in particular sector that isn't desirable or is too high risk.
