Roy Cohn in the Epstein Story

Roy Cohn is a really interesting figure and I use him as a vehicle for exploring a lot of things in the book. He was essentially propelled to heights that would normally be closed off to someone of his inexperience I guess. The sexual blackmail operation involved people including FBI Director J Edgar Hoover and a businessman named Lewis Rosensteel who later on had an acrimonious split with the Braumfmann. Some of the pictures taken at these particular sexual blackmail swarres ended up in the hands of big time mafia guys like Mayor Lansky.
