The Mistake About Pricing
One of the difficulty that platform startups have is which sides should be subsidized characteristics of platform business model. Google has on one hand, on the one hand, users like you and me who want to find the results to a search on Google. And on the other side, you're going to have advertisers. One mistake about pricing had to do with getting stuck into what we call an infinite, an infinite launch loop. Another mistake has to do with trust with mistrust. We've seen in recent years that some of the platforms that have achieved great reach didn't think hard enough of the necessity to govern the ecosystem.
