How Do You Manage a Global IT Team?
In terms of managing it, we're predominantly in sourced. A model that I think will continue at least for the tenure for me. It's really an important aspect as technology changes to make sure that we're building those technology skills within the organization. And what's been really nice is I think it then allows for decision-making lower in the organization because if people know where you're going and they know the strategy of how to get there,. That helps us go at speed.
