i came across something on facebook the other day that i thought was absolutely hilarious. I think it was as shot someone share to the macros ink facebook group. It's an ad from a company called do fastingit's a sponsored post, and a basically there they're taking you to a page where you can take a quiz to figure out what type of intermittent fasting is best for you. They ask about things such as, what is your blood type? What is your age? Because obviously different intermittent fastseeng approaches are more or less appropriate for people of different age ranges. And then also with reference to the myers briggs personality inventory?
