IBM co-founder and CEO of Watson AI, Indra Nooyi, talks to CNN's John Sutter. He says the company has a "soul at our soul" that must endure in this digital age. In Silicon Valley, there is sometimes a sense you have to be only the founder who can do what he or she wants with his/her company; no one else does it. But as an entrepreneur, not being able to control every aspect of your business makes him feel more responsible for its success than other CEOs are.
