The Fed's 10th Hike in a Row to Fight Inflation
The Fed has raised interest rates 10 times in a row to fight inflation. It's set at just over 4% in March from a year ago. We think by the end of this year, it should be within range of the Fed's 2% target. And we expect those rate cuts to proceed aggressively in 2024 and 2025 with the Fed funds rate coming ultimately down below 2%.
