The uppanishad says let us consider that what is the maximum possible happiness you can think of in this world. It takes a lot of hard work when you get older to even come close to that. So you have to be young and also healthy not a sickly youngster. You have to be physically very strong. And Salusya, you are a good person, noble person, well intentioned. Not a waste trail,. Not somebody who will waste all these resources. We are out to do good, a really fulfilling life and be good to be a blessing to society.
Swami Sarvapriyananda teaches the Katha Upanishad, which is one of India's most revered texts and a part of the Vedas. It is a collection of philosophical poems representing a conversation between the sage Naciketas and Yama (god of death). They discuss the nature of Atman, Brahman and Moksha(liberation).
