You Can Have Success With Both Diet and Exercise
If you're doing a very tough exercise programme, you want ease off on the diet side. Most people's exercise programmes should be basical - three days week of lifting and just walk or go for a saunter. Strategic eating is about being pro active rather than strategic in your food choices. I like to have up my gim wall 'your lose, lose ten pounds in 14 days with science programms' And so i agree with you there. But strategy, you have to be much more pro active. You have to be very much the mind comes first on this, yes?
