Netflix had a bad Q4 of last year, a bad fourth quarter, and didn't have a great first quarter either. "I think we saw this coming for a while," says Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos. He's confident there will be more layoffs in the future; it's just a matter of how far they trickles down to startups.
