Is There a Gentle Cesarean?
There is still room for having a positive birth experience if you are educated. Babies who are born by cesarean often have not well they haven't gone through the birth canal so they haven't picked up the mother's microbiomes. It is possible to seed the baby with the microbiome from the mother's vagina this is important for their future health and immunity. Women should be aware of how important microbiomes are when they're giving birth.
