The culture series takes place in it's kind of this like pan-human society called the culture. The novels are bonkers um they're all about that and yeah what other one? I just read a novel called babble which is more fantasy but it'skind of like a weird fantasy so it's called babble. If you can write a word on a piece of silver then it's translation and other language gets manifested as some sort of thing. It also ties into thinking about empire and colonialism and how we think about translation and language. So that was that was what i just happened to finish recently thank you.
