Sub-Sahara in Africa - 82 Is Still Abysmal.
People's icus the populations has been increasing, effectively by three points per decade since the beginning of the twentieth century. It seems just because we have more formal education and we do things that are more abstract more of the time, that we have increasing ic so that certainly seems cultural. That means that sub sahara in africa has a lower average icue but also it might partly be because of things like disease and so on.
