I didn't understand all the different aspects of our software engineering and software development So for me, you know data engineering wasn't a thing at the time. I sort of wanted to see where people went with it and like what they did with it so I went more into the analytics and data science space But I kept coming back to the data because the data quality of the data volume was always the problem,. And I think it still is like, you know say 2014 when everyone was like we need ML we need AI and it was like a buzzword and they didn't know what they were talking about.
