The New Testament Term Faith Is the Only Substantive Expression of Discipleship to Jesus

Faith is a colloquialism for intellectual belief without incontrovertible proof. The new testament term faith braids together belief with a way of living entirely consistent with that belief. Believing in your mind that jesus is who he says he is, ing in your mind in the god of the scriptures, it's of no real consequence in and of itself. It evidences no authentic allegiance or relationship or faith whatsoever.
