The chapter explores the team's efforts to diagnose the problem after a mix-up in the wiring caused a large amount of electricity to be accidentally dumped into the Mars Rover during a routine test. They ultimately discover that the issue was caused by a disconnected circuit breaker, which they were able to fix and regain telemetry.
