Stacy and sydney were asked to do an instagram live workout with a fitness angpener, jena denapoli. The two biggest lessons i learned from this are actually three. One is that she kicked my ass. It was a 25 minute workout, and it's amazing just how good of a weat you can get after 25 minutes of movements. I think such a great way to provide value to your audience around things that you don't necessarily competence in yet is through partners.
Yesterday was nonstop and felt particularly long. I was mentally and physically exhausted and finally sat down to record The Founder's Journal at 9:30 PM EST. I go through my calendar and a few learnings about my day's experiences.
