The Importance of Public Education
I think education is the biggest gift that you can give any child. I have so many friends whose parents came to this country specifically for them to get an education. Being educated tends to help you do better in your career and everything like in everywhere, it just sets you up better. So I don't know why you would want to deny your kids that unless you're very specifically trying to prevent them from learning something specific about the world.
