Don't just focus on the area. Consider resale value when youre purchasing. Don't get too anxious that you forget things like, is this, does this have a view? Views will always be there. You can tell your realter, i want anything off market you might hear about in this area while i'm preparing. Let your real know, i might be out a year, but i want to be on your radar. And that, i guess, with the location that goes hand in hand, absolutely. That takes us to number five, if i may. Anno, get to work.
