Francis P. Wall was a young soldier in the Korean War when he saw something that looked like an air burst. He says it appeared to be coming from above and they were preparing to bomb a village with artillery. Some of their men also warned the population before bombing, which may have given them time to prepare for any retaliatory attacks.
