The Negative Statements About the Law in Romans

In Galatians 3, 11 and 12, Paul says the law is not of faith. He's addressing a concrete problem: A group of agitators trying to convince non-Jewish Christians that they need to be related to Torah. So what he's saying is this pressure, this persuasion to adopt Torah for you is not the faith move. It's not saying something about the Old Testament in general. And same is true about some of the negative statements made in Romans.
