Building a Strong Team

The author of the book running remote says that it does not take much physical togetherness to build a strong team. Always aim to keep project teams to around six people, he advises. Gossip get this gossip is a cultural glue and work to continue the organic flow of informal chatter. High performing team set aside time just for hanging out. Period. Just to get into sync with each other.
