Cell-Grain Meat
Even if future regulations allow for cell grain meat to be sold more widely, there have to be customers to buy it. So I canvassed opinion amongst some of my peers. Several would happily state grain in a lab, but some like Melissa Eisenberg from Edinburgh were not convinced. It will take a lot to convince people to eat this kind of meat because there is that same sort of immediate reaction that you have that there's just something not quite right about it.
