What's 80 80?
50 50 was the closest we could get to trying to be equals and in love the promise. 80 80 is where both partners are striving to contribute 80 %. We start with the mine set, can i strive to contribute 80%. And then we build on top of it a structure. How can we set up our values, our priorities, our rolls, so that we win as a team?
