The Experience Machine: A Thought Experiment

The original experience machine is Nozix. It's distinct from the Descartes evil demon thought experiment, which we should also say something about. Robert Nozix thought experiment was to imagine that you can plug in to a machine where you would have this really amazing pleasurable life. But if you're just spending like five minutes a week outside of the experience machine, it's almost like the original one.
