I think the people in charge know what it is that they're doing. But i think hthey are telling time and a matter of seconds, as opposed to long term approach because it gets them reelected. And mi, a non professional, not educated in that world, opinion would be, it's not defunding the police. It's actually having more law enforcement around. That's not the path that they're taking, and i don't think that's an accident.
