I think Russ provided a hard working kind of like accountability, just belief and all those things that I think maybe they lacked before. Or I would have been you know even if Russ were to resign and just never play. Just because no to hypothetical like I think leadership accountability holding makes sure guys are doing the right things. Taking losses hard you know calling guys that after a loss. Let's actually try to get our way out of it instead of going all right let's move on to the next kind of thing or brushing it aside like nothing just happened.
