I would love to how many people in their jobs don't ask other people for things because they think they're the same as they are right and we deprive one another of exercising our joy. You can be great even outside you can be better than your colleagues or your spouse at something but that doesn't mean it's your joy. We almost even talked about doing a little worksheet for people to help them like I think the main sticking point here is sometimes people go this is what I have to do versus this iswhat I love to do right.
