How to Deal With Negative Feedback

The likelihood that we are going to make the same mistakes again in the future is probably better than 90%. You do need to follow up. There's so many wonderful ADHD coaches out there who can help you figure out what's the right system for you. This is something I've started doing, and I do realize it puts the onus on the other person. But my goal is to prevent situations that cause disappointment, embarrassment, guilt and shame to the degree that I can. So here's what I say. Would you be willing to give me a 24 hour reminder? Something like that. And then I'll address the second part. Oh, this is actually related. Yeah. Never mind
