Is This a Trump Case?

i keep reading references to, and i haven't explored in detail, the disconnect between what trumps lawyers or actually asking for in court verses what the broader trump team is saying in public. The main thing i've seen was that their initial filing for that special master was a hot mess written in crayon. I mean, far be it from anyone involved at the trump organization to say something publicly that they're not backing up in their legal filings.
