The Humility of Jesus to Submit to His Parents

Luke two verse 49 through 51 says Jesus asked his parents, why were you looking for me? And they did not understand the saying that he spoke to them. He went down with them and came to Nazareth and was submissive to them. That invites me into a whole new level of honor that I don't think I'm walking in when I read that. It makes me want to invite my heart into praying a prayer like, Lord, help me be humble and lowly before those who were the first line of authority you gave me on this earth"
