Agamben's Confessional Process

The confessional is actually a stripping down of the eye and then replacing it to. So you have this like dual process working here where the apparatus is creating a subject, albeit a false constrained subject. And simultaneously, it has to provide or control these processes of desubjectification so that it can mean to control over those as well. I kind of want to talk about the connection to Heidegger here a little bit too, with the concept of Gestel. The quote that Agamben pulls goes like this, what is Gistel? For Heidegger, it is the gathering together of installation that installs man that challenges him to expose the real in the mode of ordering.
