When changing your business and how you want to work, i's typically what refer to as a future state. What i'm doing now isn't optimal, but i design afuture state. And how do i get to that future state? I do a lot of process grams. M i've gone through a couple of large initiatives where we didn't understand how the business worked,. so we did a current state business. But it also opens up the opportunities to then analyze, you know, where the inefficiencies, where the waste, a worth of things that you can really cut out to improve your business. Ifo compare that current state to the future state, you get the gap analysis
