I think even the easiest quickest fix sort yourself out if you're feeling depressed is to go and do some hard exercise just doing I don't know half an hour 45 minutes hard exercise maybe even just like some hit training because for me whenever I do the activity which I enjoy doing the least it feels horrible at the time. But afterwards like I'm on a high and then I's on a high for the rest of the day and everything else just even the choices I make when it comes to the food which I eat it's just it's on pointEverything is just a line after that so yeah it's it's pretty mad um you uh your friends with a sneaker a little bit I want
