Is known for his extreme optimism, which he used to help establish global programmes to combat aids, t b and malaria. Paul led the president's emergency plan for aids relief and an annual budget of five billion dollars,. saving the lives of more than forty million people. He is focused on creating a move i in the us. To create more just and a better world for everybody.
