Eventually they'll be their sort of activation will be spent and they'll re-associate with each other and then re-attach to the receptor so it's a process there They're activated they separate the GTP is energized with the G protein then they do their thing and then eventually their energy sort of is depleted theyre-associate and then attach back to the receptor and they wait for another signal so that's sort of the whole
