Pandemic Retention

There's hegtan turnover between people re evaluating their lives, and what they really want to do with their time on earth. All my best sos kind of really want to get back to the office at least somewhat, and none of them can quite articulate it. But i think if i was to articulate it, what i say is this, you know, as founder or c o, you kind of have a purpose of work that's very clear. You're trying to solve some problem that you care about,.
