The Importance of Documentation in Product Development
When you build great products to actually start with the documentation I'm personally a big believer in like writing the docs first or like doing it like Amazon style PIE FAQs that you write the press release what do you want to be true when this part is successful then you work backwards from that. That is your interface if you wish to the users and it's not the product. Most people think it's the product sure to some extent of course right because they have to interact with it otherwise. To me this is really about like dogs and also you engaging with the community that's a part of you building a product too.
