The Effects of Low-Aided TCRs on Immune Responses in Mice

The presence of low-avided TCRs protects mice from slightly mutated version of the C-Empheco peptide. Having these options provides kind of a an extra layer of protection in case of mutated it uh mutated antigens where you have a very strongly immune response and then you escape by mutating the antigen having related but not completely identical TCRs that are kind of reactive might give you an extra edge against slightly mutated  antigens. This one is widespread extinctions of co-diversified primate gut bacterial symbiotes from humans first authors John G Sanders last authors Andrew H. Moller.
