Doing Due Diligence on a Taxpayer
When doing due diligence on a business, what you're looking at is all of the other actors and bits of information. Is there a customer concentration issue that you may not know about? You're going to look at the employees. Are all of the employees 60 years older or older? That could be an issue. What about competitors? You might want to investigate them as part of your due diligence.
