I used to for a while as a coach get into the habit of so laser focusing on every individual aspect, like every person, every body is different. But you can also systemize it down into like everybody has two arms if they have two arms, two legs in a torso. As the plan goes on, you're going to see who needs a little bit more of what they're doing at certain cases. I think it's a good lesson for specifically young coaches to continuously have like that specific assessment.
