I think non-financial use cases which do use financial rails are the ones that connect with people more easily. Not everyone will be interested in taking a collateral-laced loan and using leverage to trade and yield farm. I see a lot of projects struggling with this aspect, especially when a token is involved. Community building from my experience is most successful when people are brought together around a common interest or an idea they support. Those are the models that I think are going to be the most successful one term.
