There's a quote I have in the book that I liked where he's basically saying that you want order in your life. And I think I think that strikes me as true to so it's like if I was talking,  I guess my where I come down on this is if I wastalking to someone who's like I have no discipline I need more discipline in my life. But but I do think I think people differ dramatically in their ability to self control.
