For decades we've heard from people about a so called skills gap. To me, the problem to day is in how skillgets interpreted. I think that we are mis classifying a lot of workers as unskilled or lesser skilled. And that means we're really missing this chance to recognize their ex tis, their knowledge and ingenuity.
